Surfia is a service of Astro Solutions, LLC.

If something does not work in the Surfia app or you have a question, email us at [email protected]. Tell us what you were doing and which email address you sign in with, and we will reply to you there.

How to sign in

1. Open the app and sign in with your email and password, or with Apple.
2. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen and we will send a link to your account email.
3. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and, if it is still missing, email [email protected].

If you do not have a Surfia account yet, email us at the same address and we will help you.

Ask us to delete your account

You can ask us to delete your account and your business data at any time. The steps and timelines are on the data deletion page; we handle requests within 30 days at most.

When we reply

We reply on business days, Monday to Friday, usually within 2 business days.
